It took me a long time to finish my vision board - I got stuck somewhere around Day 3 as my life went crazy. However, I have finally sat down and finished and two things struck me.

Because we spent time actually thinking and doing exercises around what we truly wanted I found these hadn't shifted in the (nearly) two months break I had taken. Picking it up again I was still energised, my goals were clear and I felt even more empowered to create my vision board.

The second was that what I wish to achieve isn't that unobtainable. Creating the affirmations (which I have already subconsciously put into action during my hiatus) means that I feel very empowered to carry on this path.

Thank you for offering this course - if you do run it again I think I will 'buy' it for some of my friends to attend as it was a great way of getting thoughts, dreams and ambitions into an achievable, moveable framework.
